Built in 1883, the Letson Loft Hotel stands as one of Bisbee’s enduring originals—an iconic Main Street building that survived the Great Bisbee Fire of 1908 and continues to tell the story of this remarkable mining town.
Lovingly restored in 2005 by owners Steve and Marijane Relth, along with Tom and Susan Firth, the Letson Loft Hotel reopened its doors in 2006, thoughtfully blending historic character with modern comfort.
From the beginning, it has been cherished as a true Bisbee gem.
On Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2024, Bisbee faced another devastating fire. Two neighboring buildings were lost, and the Letson Loft Hotel sustained significant damage, requiring a temporary closure. Thanks to the heroic efforts of the Bisbee Fire Department, supported by neighboring fire districts, our historic building was once again saved.
After 12 months of careful rebuilding and full restoration, the Letson Loft Hotel proudly reopened on March 11, 2025—renewed, resilient, and ready to welcome guests once more.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in: 3:00–6:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
If you anticipate arriving outside of our regular check-in hours, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Office Hours
Our front office is open daily from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 3:00–6:00 PM.
Emergency contact numbers are posted on both the front and back doors of the hotel.
Reservations & Cancellations
Standard reservations may be canceled with 48 hours’ notice.
Holidays, special events, and group reservations require 7 days’ notice.
Cancellations made outside of these windows may result in a charge for the reservation if we are unable to rebook the room.
Special Event Weekends
For the Bisbee 1000 Stair Climb, Bisbee Pride, and New Year’s Eve, cancellations may be made up to 7 days prior to the event without penalty.
Occupancy
Our room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
Rooms that can accommodate additional guests are subject to a $25 per-person, per-night fee.
Children & Pets
We welcome children ages 12 and older, who will be counted as additional occupants when applicable.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate children under 12 or pets.
Smoking Policy
The Letson Loft Hotel is a 100% smoke-free property, including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, e-cigarettes, and incense.
Parking
Public parking is available at either end of Commerce Street, located just behind the hotel. Detailed parking information is included in your confirmation email.
Hotel Entry & Accessibility
Guests may enter through either the Main Street front entrance or the Commerce Street second-floor entrance via the rear staircase (recommended).
Please note that the hotel is located on the second floor and does not have an elevator.
Suite 25 is accessed at 25 Commerce Street on the ground level.
