Exceptions to regular arrival and departure times must be made in advance by special arrangement.
Office hours are 8 AM to Noon and 3 PM to 6 PM. Emergency contact numbers are posted on the front and back door of the hotel.
Cancelations-- 48 hours notice is required for standard reservations. For EVENTS, HOLIDAYS AND GROUPS we require 7 days advance notice. If you fail to cancel prior to these times your card will be charged for your reservation.
Special event weekends - Bisbee 1000 Stair Climb, Bisbee Pride, and New Years Eve: - Payment in Full is required 30 days prior to the event. Cancelations can be made up to 30 days before the event. Cancelations within 30 days are non-refundable.
Our Rates are based on single or double occupancy. A $25 additional-person-charge applies in rooms that will accommodate more than 2.
Children 12 and older are welcome and will be counted as 3rd or 4th people.
We do not have accommodations for Children under 12.
We do not have accommodations for pets.
The Letson offers an entirely Smoke-Free environment. This includes Vapes, E-cigarettes, and incense burners.
The hotel is located on the second floor and we do not have an elevator.
Parking is at either end of Commerce Street which is behind the hotel. Details are provided in confirmation email.
Hotel Entry: You may enter at either the Main Street front door or Commerce Street second floor door up the back stairs.
